Patrick St Amour

Owner + Carpenter

With over 7 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Patrick is the driving force behind MAR Construction. He graduated from the Carpentry Program at Cambrian College in 2016. He is currently a 2nd year carpentry apprentice who plans on obtaining his Red-Seal in Carpentry. As both the owner and a skilled carpenter, he brings a deep passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to quality in every project. Patrick's expertise spans residential and commercial builds, specializing in custom woodwork, renovations, and precision carpentry. His attention to detail, reliable work ethic, and dedication to client satisfaction have earned MAR Construction a reputation for excellence. Whether it's a small repair or a large-scale renovation, Patrick ensures every job is completed to the highest standard. When Patrick is not working for MAR Construction, he is working his regular job as a carpenter. Patrick is also a father of 2 + 1 bonus child.

Samantha St Amour

Co-Owner + Social Media Coordinator

Samantha is the co-owner of MAR Construction. Samantha often works behind the scenes at MAR Construction ensuring emails are answered, quotes are provided, manages Social Media and at times helps Patrick with Carpentry Projects. When Samantha is not working with MAR Construction, she is a full-time mom of 3 and 4th year Nursing Student who will be graduating April 2025.

Absolutely! We love working on custom projects. If you have a home project idea in mind that isn’t listed under our services, feel free to share the details with us. We can discuss your vision and determine how best to bring it to life. Just let us know what you’re thinking, and we’ll see how we can make it happen! If it is not something we can achieve for you, we will put you in contact with another business who can help you!
No! We work on the custom woodwork art at home in our own shop. We also work directly out of customer's homes. We are located in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
